I enjoy herbal teas that promote sleep. I have a cup every evening in preparation for going to bed. This sleep tea is delicious and seems to works well. The flavor is smooth and mellow. It definitely relaxes you. It comes packaged in a foil envelope inside of a decorative tin. The foil envelope keeps the tea fresh. I would definitely recommend this tea.

This is a calming bedtime tea that feels intentional in its blend. The flavor is mellow and soothing peppermint gives it a light lift while chamomile and tulsi do the grounding work. It doesn’t taste artificial or overly herbal. I wouldn’t call it a sedative, but it does help quiet the body and digestion enough to ease into sleep naturally.
